I fell in love with this collection because of its innocence and femininity. Loved the see-through dresses - so effortless and purely beautiful. Nice accents were the leather details - belts, knee-high gladiator sandals, that added some edge to the outfits.
The runway was like a fairy-tale, combining many centuries in one. Beautiful lightweight, aristocratic dresses in soft colors. I loved the long coats that can be just thrown on and enough to make your whole outfit. Minimalistic and classic.
3. Giambattista Valli
Probably my favorite collection of all. It seemed very modern and cool in my eyes because of the T-shirts and crop tops combined with full eccentric skirts underneath. The collection was mostly of stripes and flower embroideries. Some of the dresses looked like the girls just wrapped themselves into the fabric, so effortless and simple. And the added glasses and head scarves make everything look young and free.
Donatella Versace’s dresses are for the strong and confident woman. Loved the sexy cut-outs and the puffed-up shoulders, kind of 50-s inspired. But my favorite part was the half-skirt - half-pants details, I find it modern and very interesting.
