This spring/summer’s trend is following the tartan and plaid trend from the last fall. I like it a bit more maybe because to me it looks more chic. The cross-hatched lines give that street grown-up vibe. Even the pink Balmain skirt and top still don’t look silly, but the opposite, it is absolutely stunning. Many other designers featured gingham in their collections like Derek Lam, Oscar de la Renta, Margaret Howell, Carven in monochrome, pastel colors, many different ways basically. I personally prefer wearing it toned down, just one item in an outfit. It’s just easier to style and more effortless for everyday. How do you like styling it? Have you worn it this season?
